My loves, I didn’t make £10k in my first month of business… nor did I want to. 

I made 10k in my first full year of business…

Sure... over two years that might not feel like 'success' in the online 'scaling' entrepreneur business world as we know it...

And all whilst knowing that I've managed to welcome that whilst staying DEEPLY aligned to my values... 

and in line with my DEEPEST desires for creating cosy intimate journeys with women that set my soul on fire.

So often, I see the very women offering the Medicine, feeling forgotten, burnt out, out of balance, or carrying the weight of the high expectations placed on them to 'have everything together...'

This is why I designed this journey as a beautifully woven holistic, creative, self-honouring, interactive, connecting, developing, confidence building, liberating experience.

For the women who yearn to feel more confident, self-trusting, devoted, nourished, in flow, in balance and held in a loving peer-led, forward momentum and supportively structured unfolding journey each week, each month.  

I believe it is in our capacity to arrive into the fullness of our ‘Humanness’,  the cultivation of arriving more deeply into our very ‘Beingness’, to speak the unspoken... to ease into the becoming of the true living, breathing, ebbing, flowing, unfolding Embodiment of everything we are here to share, everything we are here to create, to express, to offer, to contribute...

Enter the world of soulful-entrepreneurship...

As I entered more deeply into the online business world... I felt like I was going from one rat-race to another...

The ever growing world of wellbeing... healing... coaching... 

I felt so fortunate at times... after a life time of feeling caged, restricted and disconnected... and after embarking on my personal self discovery journey in 2015...

2020 landed... my first taste of coaching... and the birth of my first business... and I started to feel like a kid in a sweet shop!

So... many courses...

So... many certifications...

So... many retreats...

So... many healing modalities... 

The sweet shop quickly became a supermarket of endless consumption, comparison, overnight transformation healing, endless striving for the next experience, the next modality, the next certification... the next fix.

The healing world than seemed to quickly become less about what it had meant to me from deep in my tender heart...

To more about instagram... keeping up... 'levelling up'... and striving for the next trend... the next strategy... the next hot topic... the next 'offering...' to reach for that impact that everyone else 'appeared' to be having.

I was beginning to question what I was doing here in the first place... and starting to abandon myself all over again... 

In Summer 2021... a year after starting my first business alongside my demanding career... 

I realised....

I wasn't embodying my core message. 

I wasn't embodying my vision. 

I wasn't leading from the trurth of my tender & powerful heart.

I was starting to make my business...

my personal brand...

the source of my self-worth.

Sourcing my validation with every 'like' or 'comment'.

Sourcing my joy with every new 'sign-up'.

Sourcing my motivation with every new piece of positive 'feedback'.

Even sourcing my desires for connection, community, creativity, sisterhood with every new 'paying client'.

I didn't feel worthy of receiving it... unless I was 'earning it', 'working hard for it...'

I realised... I was creating my business as a means of filling a hole... an empty space within myself. 

I wasn't embodying my business... because my business was merely an attempt to source my own inner worth, happiness, confidence and fulfilment from the outside world. 

With every tumble weed that went on by after each post that didn't quite 'land...'

With every passionate offering I shared that didn't receive any sign-ups... 

With every paying 'client' that came toward the end of her time with me... 

I realised that this was not the way that I wanted to birth my business... this was not the place I wanted to lead and share my offerings from...

Searching...

Seeking...

Waiting...

Checking...

Double checking...

Anticipating...

Questioning...

Doubting...

Convincing... 

Grasping...

Collapsing...

Fearing...

 ...what will others think...

...is this going to work... what will happen to my business if it doesn't... 

...what will happen to me...

I was placing my worth, my happiness, fulfilment and my inner peace into the hands of my business and therefore, into the hands of everyone that was receiving (or not receiving) it... 

I made the difficult decision to take a complete step back from my clients, my offerings, my business, my vision... in 2021.

I knew that deep down, I wanted to breathe my offerings... my contributions... into the world from a place of...

Fullness...

Trust...

Authenticity...

Vulnerability...

Compassion...

Conviction...

I knew that when I returned to my vision...

A part of me knew that I was worthy of receiving ALL of the things I was desiring... regardless of the outcome of my business...

And so I devoted myself to

When I decided to fully Embody my Business...

2022...

A year of gradually preparing to reduce, and leave the stressful career I'd been building since the tender age of 14... (Child Development, Psychology, Play & Creative Arts Therapy...)

to become the embodiment of my Heart's vision...

To birth a vision that felt...

Deeply aligned

True in my heart

Alive in my belly 

A deep spaciousness in my throat...

A deep Remembering in my womb...

A deep knowing that I am embodying my core values in everything I breathe my heart into...

Jan 2023... was the year I invested in me and the EMBODIMENT of my Business, my Vision. 

I continue to breathe my life, my essence, my heart into Her each and every day...

No longer as my 'work'...

But as my 'way of being...'

She has become a creative, authentic, empowering canvas... through who I live my life, my desires, my passions, my relationships... 

She is me.

I am her. 

My Loves... this is no longer

'a business'

She is an expression of my soul.

She is a vehicle for my growth.

She is a platform for my offerings & contribution.

She is a daily reminder of

who I came here to be. 

She ripples through my veins when I'm feeling numb or disheartened...

I realise now... that this vision was so much bigger than me. 

She has taken on a life of her own...

I'm letting her guide the way as I breathe life into her... and as she breathes life into me...

And I'm hearing her call...

I'm hearing your call... the call of the many women yearning to Embody themselves and their visions, their hearts more fully.
