My loves, as some of you may know, a longer term, deeper dive, embodied business mentorship is something I have been visioning, shaping, wanting to birth and offer for quite some time... 

Since embarking on my coaching training back in 2020....

To training with The Somatic School back in 2022... 

And leaving my career to fully devote myself to my Embodied Business in Jan 2023...

It's been one hell of a journey... 

You might say, the most nourishing, magical, abundant, insightful, confident, successful, embodied & aligned year yet!

Of course...

it's had its fair share of challenges, ups & downs and life lessons along the way too! 

For me, this isn't just 'another offering...' my loves...

She's an expression of our humanness. Our womanhood. She's an expression of our cycles. An expression of our Sisterhood. She's an expression of me. And I hope that by you being here, in your loving openness to also shape her... she becomes an expression of You.

An expression of Us. 

As heart-led women. 

I've felt her growing in my bones, slow... steady... easefully... breath by breath I've felt more of her and this journey, this vision, awakening and coming to life. 

Shaped by our many nourishing, raw, loving and liberating conversations...

By the connection with the seasons, as I've felt deeply into what she means to me over the Autumn and Winter months... and hearing the deep call collectively from us as women to embody another way... deep within our hearts... our businesses... our contributions...

To pave another way as we lead another way, no longer alone, but together...

with our heart-led offerings.

This for me, isn't another course, another certification, another mastermind...

She is a community of women, devoted to their visions, walking side by side, step by step, heart to heart.  

As together, we gather like the village, for our nourishing breakfast/lunch clubs,

our loving accountability / creative flow sessions...

as we hold inspiring round the table discussions...

and as we practice & deepen into the art of embodying our unique story & our message side by side...

as we receive rich & valuable feedback through embodied witnessing, authentic relating and celebration.

As we gather together intimately in our loving pairs, in our nourishing group, we begin to hone the skills we already have, we begin to master our craft, as we practice the art of what it means to embody our businesses... our story... our unique message...

Our vision.

Together we gather, as we nourish ourselves and one another first...

in our womanhood, our humanness. 

And from this place of deep embodiment, connection, medicine, may we then begin to reignite our shared inspiration and creations side by side.

My love, I'm no longer here to walk this path alone. To hold this vision alone. 

I feel the strength of her, in the collective. The Heart Rising. 

And I now know this is a vision we're meant to walk and embody, not as woman, singular... but as women.

I’m devoted to offering the same level of connection, support, guidance, loving accountability, belief and trust, I wished I’d received when I first started my business back in 2020 ‘The Centre Space’.

The Centre Space was my first year of business and whilst she was a beautiful vehicle of growth, I understand now, how this was an expression of what I thought my business ‘needed to be’.

I still felt unfulfilled, seeking validation from every creation... every post...

I still felt deeply alone, and defeated with every offering that didn’t receive the engagement I’d hoped for…

In 2023… I returned.

More fulfilled.

More aligned.

More trusting.

More aware.

More embodied.

More nourished.

More resourceful.

More true to who I am

at my core.

More expressive in the unique Essence of me.

It is my hope for the women who choose to embark on this unique embodied business journey… that they too, will begin to arrive into their business, their visions, feeling more deeply connected, fulfilled, courageous, creative & confident.

Embodied. 

So that as we step into our heart-led visions…

We do so, feeling deeply nourished, self-aware, embodied, empowered, deeply trusting & deeply present.

Here, I believe...
