I'm so grateful to now share that we are now inviting 15 devoted sisters to take part in this brand new embodied journey at a heavily discounted rate as we continue to fine tune and enhance the nourishment that this journey will offer for all of the women to come.

This isn’t another self-study course, with 60+ modules, endless PDFs, and tasks to complete. Heck this isn't another certificate to add to your portfolio (and trust me... I've chased many over the years!)

This is a stripped back, back to basics, self-nourishing, embodied experience. A remembering of how it feels to return home. To soothe your own nervous system. To anchor back into your own truth, values & vision. To feel so deeply rooted within yourself, that you’re going to build your capacity to flow with more ease, as you stay connected to your deeply woven nourishing and newly embedded roots. 

In a fast paced, ever changing world, this is your invitation, to stay ‘Rooted’ my love.

So often we give our power, our wisdom, our deep inner knowing away to something higher than ourselves. To experience this living, breathing, intelligent body, mind and heart as a beautiful and nourishing gateway, a bridge, connecting the higher spiritual sources of wisdom, to the rich, nourishing and earthy wisdom that lies in the ground beneath us.
